Job purpose
For a replacement, you are the product owner of EA Group Treasury Systems composed by:
· Group tools for bank communication & clearing system (Neofi)
· Treasury Management System (Quantum)
· Anti-fraud control application (Trustpair)
Primary duties and responsibilities
· Provide prompt support to end Treasury Systems users.
· Job monitoring, researching, troubleshooting, and identifying solutions to resolve application issues.
· Qualify and manage requests / incidents logged into Jira.
· Ensure communication with the various stakeholders: local and group Finance teams, IT team (include SAP team), Swift service Bureau, Banks, Vendors, Generali Head-office…
· User management (access/connection) and periodic user access review.
· Keep documentation updated.
· Develop reporting in Business Object connected to Generali France Investment data warehouse together with EA Investment controller,
· Support the Cash Management team to improve the use of Quantum.
· Assisting project and local team on NEOFI / Trustpair deployment (design, set up and training).
· Participate on finance local or group projects which involve payment processing skill as business application replacement, improve payment process reduction or international payments.
· Contribute to IT and security projects like infrastructure updates and protection reinforcement.
· Yearly, ensure compliance with Swift CSP, Group requirements and Security assessment and responding to requests / remedial actions of internal audits
· Monitor and prepare IT Treasury budget with Group Head of Treasury & Investments and IT department, follow up man-days consumed / invoiced and input invoices into Ivalua (procurement tool).
The ideal Candidate should be motivated and must have the following:
o Experience with financial especially Treasury business processes (Strong expertise in payment processing is a mandatory)
o Previously held roles such as Support Analyst, System Analyst, Application Manager ideally within a treasury department of a listed entity
o IT skills (Project management, SQL, BI)
o Customer oriented, support focus and ability to speak with IT words and with finance words
o Be flexible and have the ability to multi-task effectively and ensure timely delivery.
o Ability to work autonomously.
o Full proficiency in English and in French
o Minimum 5 years of experience working in a corporate treasury or banking environment.
Any candidate with the above skills would be seen as having a distinct advantage if they have relevant experience in the insurance Industry.
