Job Purpose

As a Travel Insurance specialist, we help our international partners to generate additional revenue through the optimization of the distribution of our products whether it is on path (product embedded in partner’s booking funnel) or via our E-Commerce websites (E-Shops).

In order to scope with a growing demand, we are looking for a Junior skilled Webmaster to join our Global team in Paris!

You will report to the Group Head of Digital Sales.

Webmaster Responsibilities

The intern will manage our organization’s B2B2C co-branded E-Shops, will be countries’ main touch point and therefore will be responsible for:

• Testing websites across browsers, operating systems and devices

• Monitoring online traffic and conversions

• Ensuring websites are functional, user-friendly, visually pleasing, and up-to-date

• Coordinating with agencies, IT, countries and Key Account Managers to enhance or fix if required, existing E-Shops

• Assist IT teams in understanding business requirements

• Working closely with the Onboarding team to launch new E-Shops

• Implementing and ensuring website security and data protection

• Ensuring ongoing communication with management on projects • Monitoring and analyzing site performances via Google Analytics and Google Data Studio

• Addressing and responding to user comments and complaints.

• Integrating and update content with our CMS (DRUPAL)

Webmaster Requirements

As part of the Global Marketing team you will liaise with the E-Shop platform main stakeholders (Countries, IT, Compliance, Sales, external agencies) and will be responsible for making sites easy to use, attractive and secure by.

In this role, you should:

• Be detail oriented and sensitive to UI/UX problematics

• Be used to work together with front-end developers

• Be a tech enthusiast, and always eager to discover new tools and technologies

• Have a first Project Management experience and good collaboration skills

• Have good technical skills and a good understanding of creative online marketing

• Have knowledge of website management tools (ideally DRUPAL)

• Have working knowledge of HTML and CSS

• Have good written and oral communication skills

Be fluent in English. Additional language appreciated (ES, FR, DE, IT or NL)

• Be used to work in a multi-cultural environment
