The position

Job description

The IT Compliance and Governance Officer will support the Head of CIO Office in animating the IT Governance, in preparing and consolidating reporting on IT performance and on IT transformation, in answering to ad hoc reporting requests, and in being the touchpoint for all transversal requests relating to other Support functions (Finance, HR, Risk Management, Compliance, Audit, Legal, Procurement)

Main Responsibilities

  1. Animation of the IT Governance
    • Document and update the list of IT governance bodies and their Terms of Reference
    • Build and update IT Corporate documentation
    • Prepare IT Governance major meetings (IT Boards, IT Townhalls, …)

  2. Build and prepare IT reporting
    • Consolidate and prepare IT reporting to GMC on IT performance and IT transformation
    • Follow-up on IT performance and IT transformation
    • Manage IT Reporting to GHO (eg Technology, Data and Digital) and all ad-hoc requests

  3. Coordinate with other Support functions
    • Ensure Holding IT complies with Regulatory (eg ACPR) and internal standards, build and follow-up subsequent actions plans
    • Coordinate answers and report on IT Risk Management, Audit action plan, Compliance action plan
    • Follow-up on all transversal and ad-hoc requests from other Support Functions


Preferred experience

 Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Information technology, business administration or related field, or equivalent work experience
 3 to 5 years of experience in equivalent position, or as a PMO on large IT / transformation program
 Strong analytical and synthesis skills
 Capacity to build impactful presentations
 Rigorous and reliable, capacity to follow-up actions and report on large remediation plans involving large list of contributors (central / local)
 Positive communication skills, ability to chase contributors
 Good technical, IT processes, and IT budgets knowledge
 Perfect Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
 English is mandatory (working language)
