The candidate will be part of the Insurance Department at Europ Assistance Global in Paris, working within the P&C Pricing and Underwriting Team and reporting to Head of P&C Pricing& Underwriting.

Main responsibilities will encompass:

· Promoting and enhancing pricing & underwriting excellence throughout the Group

· Structuring pricing process and performing underwriting analysis for the P&C LoBs (Auto, Conciergerie, Home&Family and Health)

· Defining pricing of international contracts and tenders ensuring a high quality technical pricing process through an effective cooperation among stakeholders involved (e.g. sales department, Group companies)

· Steering profitability of Group existing business by mean of technical analysis and defining proper follow up and pricing adjustment where applicable

· Supporting the pricing authorization process of local business based on Group underwriting guidelines

· Supporting the definition and implementation of specific Group underwriting guidelines

· Proactively supporting the implementation of group pricing projects and methodology

· University degree in finance, business, economics, or related field

· At least 7/8 years of professional experience in P&C insurance especially in underwriting, pricing, or portfolio monitoring

· Project management skills

· Good knowledge of statistical tools and/or finance techniques

· Logical thinking and synthesis capabilities

· Proactivity, service, client-orientated, solution- oriented

· Negotiation skills
