The Global Compliance Department of Europ Assistance Group is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic trainee, willing to join an international environment, ready to be involved several compliance exercises and projects that concern both Europ Assistance Holding and Europ Assistance Entities that are based abroad.

Key Responsibilities :

·       Support the performance of the compliance second level controls (GDPR, IDD and Financial Crime relevant requirements);

·       Participate to compliance risk assessment (or other assessment exercises);

·       Prepare presentations, reports, templates;

·       Support the International Sanctions framework;

·       Support the preparation compliance trainings and workshops (to be provided to all compliance community);

·       Support the animation of the global compliance network.

   Qualifications : 

· Master’s degree in business administration, law, compliance, risk management, audit

·       Willing to learn a work methodology and compliance web tool

·       Proficient user of office pack (and fast learner about using new IT tool, the compliance and risk management IT tool)

·       Ready to work with minimum supervision and able to find smart solution to tackle tasks and problems

·       Fluent French and English

·       Would be a plus:

o    Other foreign languages

o    Understanding of general legal and regulatory requirements.

o    Knowledge of insurance or bank regulatory framework, compliance and risk management
