Job description

Euronext Human Resources team closely supports the Euronext strategic plan, "Growth for Impact 2024" with the ambition to support the development of each Euronext employee by strengthening our diverse and multicultural teams and finding the right balance between strong performance focus, close client connectivity, positive climate impact and clever innovation.

In the context of recent integrations, the HR team plays a key role in coordinating the Change Management stream as well as deploying HR projects, processes and tools applicable across locations.

In close coordination with the Head of Talent Development and the HR Director in Norway, the V.I.E HR Group Projects Officer works on the deployment of HR group projects defined in the strategic roadmap and support the local HR projects in Norway.

At a Group level, the V.I.E supports the Head of Talent Development in the following projects:

1) Group Talent Development to train employees on skills identified as strategic and transversal across all businesses in the 17 countries of the Group :

  • Contribute to the deployment of the ESG training offering to raise awareness and ability to act for all Euronext employees

  • Develop the digital training offer on the Euronext Academy, the learning management system for employees (e.g. courses with internal experts, digital onboarding programme)

  • Design and roll-out of the customized training sessions (Project Management, Financial Markets, IT infrastructure, Compliance and Infosec)

  • Co-organize the sessions as part of the Leadership and Mentoring programmes

  • Coordinate the calendar for the Lunch & Learn sessions and the Learning Weeks;

  • Consolidate Talent Development KPIs for the Managing Board.

2) Employer branding projects and job boards strategy to attract the right skills and talents:

  • Participate in the deployment of Workday Recruitment and Docusign for newly integrated entities;

  • Communicate on the Group Talent Acquisition roadmap (main initiatives including diversity actions and job fairs);

  • Manage video content projects: interview portraits of Euronext employees, articles on job boards

  • Coordinate employer branding content as part of the revamping of the Euronext career page and Euronext intranet

3) Career mobilities development:

  • Support the alignment and deployment of an harmonized Career Framework model for all entities of Euronext Group as well as its continuous roll-out to develop internal mobilities and career possibilities at Euronext.

  • Support the roll-out of the Talent Review and Succession plan process to foster promotion and mobilities

Locally, the V.I.E supports the HR team in Norway in their Business Partner role:

  • Learning and Development: collection of local training needs and organization of in-house and external trainings, monthly Lunch&Learn, local Learning Weeks events, Empower diversity events

  • Recruitment: support recruitment and onboarding processes for the location (relationship with recruitment agencies, local job fair)

  • Support in rolling-out local engagement initiatives.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required

  • Master degree in HR Management or other related field

  • Excellent project management / change management skills

  • Collaborative & multicultural profile: ability to actively communicate and involve colleagues across locations in various projects

  • Good command of the Pack office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)

  • Dynamic and pro-active in suggesting new ideas

  • Communication and writing skills

  • Highly adaptable and flexible

  • Results and target driven, delivery oriented

  • Excellent English skills, fluency in Norwegian or French is a plus

  • Understanding of capital markets and financial products is a plus
