As a strategic project manager, your key accountabilities will be:

Project Leadership

• Lead the project from requirements definition through deployment, including risk mitigation.
• Analyze project status and revise scope, schedule, or budget as necessary.

Process Management

• Establish and maintain processes for managing scope during the project lifecycle, setting quality and performance standards, and assessing risks.
• Monitor resources to ensure project efficiency and maximize deliverables.

Risk Management

• Monitor risks, support analysis and design of remediation measures, and oversee the implementation of mitigation plans.
• Report project outcomes and risks to the appropriate management channels and escalate issues as necessary.

Strategic Solutions design & implementation

• Define problems and strategic solutions, including scoping, analyzing, preparing, and presenting strategy checks.
• Develop an in-depth understanding of our business and external market forces

Stakeholder Coordination

• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to ensure projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budget.
• Establish and maintain relationships with relevant stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes.
