Senior Full Stack Developer & API Specialist

ETS Global offers a wide range of language assessments, including ETS’ two well-known English proficiency tests - the TOEIC® test and the TOEFL® test - and in addition the Pipplet test, assessing oral and written skills of job seekers, employees, and learners, in 40 languages.

Main duties

• Ensure day-to-day coordination between the Digital Factory internal teams and external service providers and platforms. Ensure technical and functional consistency, availability and quality of service of APIs interconnected with our internal applications.
• Design, architect, implement & support the design of APIs for our reseller console and B2B platform
• Participate in the design of new business applications by providing technical expertise and solutions, and API architectural proposals
• Propose innovative solutions via a technology watch activity
• Autonomy and strength of proposal
• Assist the Digital Factory manager with technical coordination tasks

This is a full-time position based in Paris or in Amsterdam

Preferred experience / Education / Job requirements

Skills

• Engineering School

• Skills: GraphQL, NODE JS, javascript, REACT, PHP Symfony, MongoDB, MySQL, Redis RabbitMQ

• Knowledge of web applications and development constraints: minimum 5 years experience in developing enterprise applications and web and/or mobile APIs.

• dev back API : 5 years min on PHP Symfony or NodeJS

• dev front : 5 years min on React

• Excellent interpersonal skills (permanent contact with a number of external & internal stakeholders)

• Project management: planning, budget, team, providers: at least one successful experience

Languages required

• Fluent in English - CEFR C1 level (to get your level, you can take a free test on https://www.etsglobal.org/fr/fr/practice-test/toeic-level-projector )

• French is a big plus
