The position

Job description

Main duties

Our Finance team is currently looking for temporary support for a few months. This short-term assignment is a great opportunity to bring your expertise to an international, dynamic environment and contribute to high-impact projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Reporting & Systems Analyst (mid-level).

  • Support monthly financial consolidation and reporting cycles in accordance with US GAAP.

  • Coordinate with local finance teams or external providers to ensure smooth month-end closings and accurate reporting in ERP.

  • Assist in validating and documenting Oracle EPM configuration, reports, and data flows.

  • Prepare and review consolidation entries, intercompany eliminations, and financial statements.

  • Maintain and improve Excel-based consolidation based tools during the transition to Oracle EPM.

  • Help identify process inefficiencies and propose automation or simplification opportunities.

  • Collaborate with finance, accounting, and IT teams to ensure data accuracy and system consistency.

  • Be able to work independently and assume full reporting responsibility during colleagues’ absence (e.g., vacations), demonstrating reliability, accountability, and  sound judgment.

Preferred experience

Skills

  • Strong experience in financial planning, analysis and reporting (preferably in an international environment)

  • Solid understanding of IFRS / US GAAP and consolidation principles, 

  • Advanced Excel skills, extended experience with ERP or EPM systems (Oracle, SAP, etc.) and understanding of how data flows through such systems. 

  • Good to have: experience in system transition or implementation (Oracle EPM, Hyperion, or similar).

  • Strong analytical mindset and great attention to details, fast thinker and a problem solver. 

  • A sense of ownership, responsibility, and independence in completing tasks and meeting deadlines.

  • ACCA or alike certification (complete or in progress) and Big4 experience as a big plus.

Languages required

  • English: Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • French is a plus
