The position

Job description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Intern for a full-time, on-site position in Paris.

The ideal candidate is eager to learn, organized, and collaborative, ready to contribute to dynamic marketing projects at the intersection of marketing, product, and sales in an international environment.

Main Duties

  • Campaign & Marketing Operations

    • Coordinate the execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels (LinkedIn, email, webinars, landing pages, etc.)

    • Support the deployment of product marketing initiatives across ECA markets

    • Assist in the creation and localization of marketing materials

    • Ensure consistency of messaging and brand guidelines across all marketing activities

      Content Coordination

    • Coordinate the production and publication of marketing content including articles, social media posts, videos, webinars, and newsletters

    • Maintain the marketing content calendar

    • Work with internal teams and external agencies to ensure timely delivery of content assets

      Event & Webinar Support

    • Support the organization of events, webinars, and marketing activations

    • Coordinate logistics, invitations, registrations, and follow-up communications

    • Help prepare marketing materials and presentations for events

      Cross-Team Collaboration

    • Collaborate closely with Product teams to ensure alignment between product updates and marketing communication

    • Coordinate with Sales teams to support lead generation and customer engagement initiatives

    • Act as a central coordination point between marketing stakeholders

      Marketing Tracking & Reporting

    • Maintain campaign tracking dashboards

    • Monitor performance indicators (engagement, leads, registrations, conversions)

    • Support reporting and insights generation for marketing initiatives

Preferred experience

Education / Job requirements / Skills

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program (preferably in Communication, Marketing, Business or related fields).

  • Good project management and organizational skills

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

  • Good communication and collaboration abilities including the use of digital tools like mailing tools, CRM, webinar tools.

  • Analytical mindset with knowledge on Ads actions

  • Interest in language certifications & Education

Tools

  • LinkedIn Campaign Manager

  • Marketing automation tools

  • Webinar platforms (Livestorm, Zoom)

  • CRM tools

  • Project management tools (Teams, Excel, etc.)

Languages required

  • Excellent command of French, both spoken and written,

  • A minimum B2 level in English.

  • Additional European languages are a plus.
