The position

Job description

We are recruiting a motivated and dynamic intern to join our Academic Relations team to assist in student outreach of the TOEIC certification. This role is ideal for someone passionate about education, communication, and building relationships with students and universities.

Based in the Paris office, with work trips in France and Europe, the intern will be working in the Academic Relations team and will have the following responsibilities including, but not limited to:

Main Duties

  • Academic and student outreach

Participating and presenting the TOEIC program in all direct test taker outreach events online and on site (such as, but not limited to: student fairs, Open doors days at universities, professional mobility events, etc.) in France and in Europe

Support the Academic Relations teams in preparing materials for academic partnerships and potential events like webinars (creating social media visuals, B2C academic content to engage students, institutional kits, customized academic partner materials).

Communicate and arrange meetings with academic staff of the TOEIC network and prospective partners such as Career advisors, Admission Managers Executive education managers, Student services managers (Responsable Carrières, Responsible admissions, Responsable formation continue, responsable l’expérience étudiante), and participate in the on-campus events (Journée carrières, journée mobilités,..) to strengthen engagement with students and visibility.

Support content development and marketing campaigns geared towards students and also academic partners.

Prospecting new partners and generating leads.

Preferred experience

Education / Job requirements / Skills

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program (preferably in Education, Communication, Marketing, or related fields).

  • Strong communication and presentation skills (comfortable speaking to large groups).

  • Interest in academic relations and language certifications.

  • Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.

  • Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with digital tools and social media is a plus.

Languages required

  • English and French proficiency (B2 level or higher);

  • Russian or Turkish is an asset.
