Reporting to the International Tax & Compliance Manager, your responsibilities will be as follows:
Tax Compliance:
Regular reconciliation of the tax computations to the accounting books,
Ensure that all local tax filings are prepared (direct and indirect taxes), reviewed and submitted within strict deadlines and in accordance with high corporate standards,
Prepare and coordinate the completion of various tax reports (e.g. BEPS, CbCR, TP documentation, etc.)
Tax Planning & Reporting:
Maintain periodic reporting to the management on the tax filing status and litigations,
Assist with the preparation of tax provisions (sub-consolidation),
Support in preparing consolidated tax forecasts and budgets,
Ad-hoc:
Being a key contact person to tax services providers (corporate and local) and maintaining good relationship with internal and external stakeholders,
Managing tax ruling request processes, if required,
Participate and support in annual statutory and internal audits (re tax matters), as well as in tax audits,
Acting as an internal business partner for Sales and other Departments with regards tax related queries,
Other ad-hoc activities as required.

A minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in corporate tax compliance, ideally within an international company or a Big 4/audit/tax advisory firm.
Proven track record in preparing and reviewing tax filings and managing compliance obligations across multiple jurisdictions.
Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
Hands-on experience with international tax topics (BEPS, TP, CbCR, ect.) and coordination of external providers.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work across functions and geographies.
Proactive, self-motivated, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
Excellent command of Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.
English: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Dutch and/or French: will be considered a significant advantage in the selection process
