We are looking for a hands-on Interim Controller with strong expertise in both financial controlling and business controlling. This role supports accurate reporting, budgeting, and performance analysis during a transitional period, working closely with teams in Amsterdam and Paris.
This position is offered as a 6-month fixed-term contract, with the possibility of extension based on business needs and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Control:
Execute month-end and year-end closing activities.
Prepare financial statements and ensure compliance with IFRS/local GAAP.
Maintain internal controls and assist with audits.
Support cash flow and working capital management.
Business Control:
Prepare budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses.
Monitor KPIs and provide insights to management.
Partner with operational teams to support decision-making.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements.
ERP & Projects:
Work with NetSuite ERP for reporting and process optimization.
Contribute to finance transformation initiatives and process harmonization.
NB: The candidate must be based in France (IDF)

8 years of experience in controlling (financial + business).
Strong knowledge of IFRS and local accounting standards.
Hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP.
Advanced Excel and solid analytical skills.
Experience in international or multi-entity environments.
Previous interim or project-based assignments.
English: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
French and / or Dutch is a plus
