The position

Job description

We are looking for a Digital Advertising Specialist to join our team in Milan. You will work on international projects covering both e-commerce, lead generation, and B2B activities.

Role:

You will take part in defining the digital marketing strategy and in the operational implementation of campaigns, with a primary focus on Search, Social, Affiliate Marketing, and CRM.


Preferred experience

Required Technical Skills:

  • Degree or University Diploma in Communication and/or Economics, Marketing

  • Experience using Google Ads, Meta Ads, and AdForm platforms

  • Analytical skills and a natural inclination toward data analysis

  • Excellent knowledge of the MS Office suite, particularly Excel

  • Ability to work in a team and interact with clients

  • Good command of the English language (written knowledge alone is not sufficient)

Personal characteristics:

  • Genuine interest in the digital marketing world

  • Curiosity and openness to innovation

  • Passion for data analysis

  • Goal-oriented mindset

  • Strong organizational skills

Preferred qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Shopify and the Klaviyo marketing automation platform

  • Experience managing end-to-end e-commerce marketing, from advertising to CRM strategies
