Escape is hiring a Backend Engineer to help with creating, maintaining and improving features in our API security platform.

The role will involve:

• writing python and golang code to add new features to our API discovery and security assessment tools

• rethinking parts of the Graph traversal algorithm that powers the core of our technology

• Deploy, monitor, debug and scale your code in our DevOps environnment with Docker, Grafana and other tools

Experience

• You’re passionate about code

• You already have deployed application in production, either web or mobile or else (it can be personal projects)

Skills

• Proficient in Python 3 — our primary language (we type it)

• Basic knowledge in Go — used for network-related tasks

• Excellent Git skills

• Good English communication skills both written and verbal

• You are a shipper - you test in production
