We intend to help our learners grow within the company by offering the best learning experiences on Technical and Business Acumen acquisition. The world of AdTech is moving fast and so is our company and our product portfolio. We therefore need to make sure everyone has a good understanding of our products, industry, market(s), clients and challenges. In this context, we are looking for an eLearning Content Designer Associate (apprentice) who will support our learners' growth. Your role is to provide support to the University Content Design team with the following tasks :

Graphic Design & Visual Content

  • Design high-quality visual content for eLearning modules, including illustrations, icons, infographics, animations, and interactive elements.
  • Optimize graphics for web and mobile compatibility, ensuring accessibility and responsive design standards.
  • Maintain organized asset libraries and support consistent visual branding across all materials.
  • Video & Multimedia Production

  • Plan, shoot, and edit instructional and promotional videos using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro.
  • Produce engaging animated explainers videos.
  • Add voiceovers, subtitles, and background music where appropriate.
  • Create screen recordings and tutorial-style videos, ensuring clarity and high production quality.
  • Content Design:

  • Contribute to storyboarding, prototyping, and final production of eLearning modules.
  • Work closely with the Content Design team and LMS administrator to integrate multimedia content into modules,and upload it to the platform.
  • You'll learn to :

  • Manage projects under the supervision of our content designers, applying our in-house methodology.
  • Design storyboards, videos, scripts & voice overs.
  • Use Articulate Storyline to design your first learning package(s)
  • Skills needed for the position :

  • Planning / Project Management: ability to manage several projects at the same time.
  • Basic skills in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
  • Video edition: We are using Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Audition, and Camtasia, but experience in any video editor is relevant.
  • Problem-solving, solution oriented.
  • At ease with change and implementing new ways of working : processes, automation etc.
  • Strong collaboration mindset: you will work with a team of Content Designers, with the communication team and with different stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts (SME), and need to be comfortable connecting and collaborating with others.
  • Confidence with technology and agile environments.
  • Fluent in English, French is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Knowledge/Skills that would be a (+) :

  • Powtoon & Articulate Storyline is a plus.
  • Adobe InDesign.
  • At ease with a Learning Management System: we are using Cornerstone On Demand but any other LMS knowledge will be helpful.
