Your mission if you accept it:

  • You will work in collaboration with the Country manager of the French business unit, one of the biggest markets within Emma, and with all the Team Leaders of the French Team.
  • You will oversee strategic projects such as recruitment, team organization and motivation, legal issues, and business-related topics faced by the Country manager.
  • You will support the French Team on various operational and strategic actions on a daily basis and take the lead on various projects that can be related to marketing, operation, customer care, UX, HR, etc.
  • You will come up with new ideas and implement your projects in collaboration with all team members at Emma.

    • In your toolbox:

  • You are about to complete your bachelor’s or master’s degree in a business school or equivalent.
  • You are curious, eager to learn and want your voice to be listened to.
  • You are analytical and you easily question the status quo.
  • You are autonomous and demonstrate tenacity and willingness to get things done.
  • You are fluent in English and French; German is not a prerequisite.
