What you'll do:

  • You will be responsible for managing your own projects in the field of marketing, sales or business development for Emma Belgium.
  • In cooperation with the co-founders, you will develop ideas and set up new projects independently.
  • You will be responsible for acquiring new customers by exploring a variety of marketing channels to boost revenue in the Belgian market.
  • You will analyze the Belgian market for sleeping products (new trends, customer behavior, competition…) and propose an action plan based on your conclusions.
  • You will suggest ideas to improve our client experience based on customer feedback.
  • You will have the opportunity to work on other activities that are aligned with your interests (social media campaigns, advert design, market strategy, SEO…)

    • Who we're looking for:

  • Currently, you are studying business administration, business management or any related university program with good results
  • You speak fluent English and either Dutch or French and you have good intercultural and communication skills. Additional knowledge in French is considered as a plus.
  • At best, you already have some practical working experience, have a demonstrable affinity with start-ups and are fascinated by fast growing business models
  • You are good at analyzing and solving problems, and you learn quickly
  • You like a challenge, exciting projects and a lot of responsibility
