We are looking for our first Customer Support Specialist to support our strong growth.
Your main mission will be to ensure reactive and effective support to our clients and users, coordinate with other teams (customer success, product, tech) to solve problems, and facilitate the usage of our product.
Support : understand and manage support requests from customers and final users and solve their problems with practical solutions.
Knowledge base content creation : write clear and effective articles for our knowledge base, make propositions of new formats and optimization of existing ones.
Project management : make precise reports of feedback and bugs to the Tech and Product teams, and work together with them to implement new processes for constant improvement and search for excellence.
Reporting : Track the productivity and efficiency indicator of support, & participate in making them better.
