The position

Job description

Elevate is a global agency specializing in event staff recruitment. We have been approached by the exclusive hospitality provider for the largest sports event taking place in Paris in 2024 to hire Hotel Supervisor for various sites they will operate during the event.

Preferred experience

REQUIRED PROFILE 

  • 4 years experiences working in or with transportation management 

  • Bilingual in English and French; proficiency in a third language is appreciated 

  • Excellent customer service skills 

  • Knowledge in management and customs/immigration process is appreciated 

  • Crisis management skills & able to quickly problem solve 

  • Strong multitasking abilities 

  • Prioritize tasks effectively 

  • Foster a positive team spirit 

  • Attention to detail 

DETAILS 

  • Fixed-term contract: 35 hours per week + overtime 

  • Gross salary: between €250 and €270 per day, depending on the quality bonus 

  • Location: Paris 

  • Contract duration: 21 to 29 days depending on the site + training* (number of days to be determined) 

  • Expected start date: 21/07/2024 

  • End-of-contract indemnities.
