Born in 2021 from the desire to make cities less polluted and less noisy, Electra is helping to shift usage towards electric mobility by tackling the main obstacle of recharging.

Electra is constantly innovating to facilitate the recharging of electric vehicles with a network of fast recharging hubs (15 to 30 minutes maximum) and a user experience simplified to the maximum.Based in Paris, Lyon, Brussels, Milan, Zurich, Vienna, Madrid and Munich Electra's teams aim to deploy a network of 14,500 charging points by 2030; proud to participate in the energy transition in France and Europe. 💼 Your Mission

The Roaming Partnership Manager will be responsible for managing our roaming partnerships, ensuring seamless connectivity and interoperability with eMSPs all over Europe. Close to 50% of charges are done via e-msps so this is a key role to impact Electra's revenue.

🦸🦸‍♀️Your Responsibilities

What you'll do

• Manage our roaming partnerships with e-MSPs from contract negotiation to go live
• Drive improvements in our roaming strategy both on platforms and direct connections
• Monitor data and develop action plan in order to leverage visibility and revenue from roaming traffic
• Lead cross team task force for solving issue or launch of improvements
• Maximise our online visibility on NSPs (Google Maps, Apple Plans etc)

💚 Desired Profile

• Minimum 3 years of work experience
• Experience with EV charging communication standards, protocols and roaming hub is a strong plus
• Both technical and business mindset
• Demonstrated ability to solve problems and improve operations
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Fluent in English, good level of French
