The position

Job description

  • As International Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for the end-to-end payroll process all operating countries (France, Spain, Germany and Switzerland)

  • Develop a strong Compensation & Benefit (C&B) Strategy and insure smooth partnerships with our payroll softwares and other benefits providers

  • Ensure that all standards and processes are understood and applied, for all payroll deliverables to a high standard of timeliness, accuracy and law compliance

  • Liaise with all relevant authorities and regulatory bodies- including tax authorities on payroll related matters

  • Set scalable payroll processes and ensure continuous improvement

  • Advise all teams across Ekkiden in all payrolls matters and proactively propose solutions for challenges identified during the monthly payroll cycles or tax declaration periods

  • Collect payroll information and calculate the bonuses/variable remunerations according to the bonus’ scheme and employees’ objective letters

  • Guarantee salary and benefits harmonization between employees

  • Apply salary grid and update it if needed

  • Provide audits, reportings, and analysis of payroll data


Preferred experience

  • You have successfully validated your Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or similar

  • You bring at least 3+ years of experience in Spanish and/or French payroll management and C&B

  • You are used working with payroll softwares and Excel

  • Strong organizational and analytical skills with ability to multitask and prioritize tasks

  • Willing to work in a fast-paced, challenging, and international environment

  • Good analytical skills with high level of accuracy and attention to details

  • Ability to always maintain highest level of confidentiality

  • International background. English and French are a must; Spanish or German are a big plus!
