• Develop business strategy to enhance growth with existing clients Create and nurture a good relationship with the client’s of your perimeter

• Prospect leads to identify and generate sales opportunities

• Follow up on the development of our consultants with the different clients

Recruitment & Management

• Contribute to define the recruitment strategy based on your needs, and guide recruitment teams to achieve results

• Participate in the recruitment process of candidates through interviews

• Provide support to the recruitment team in the search and recruitment of profiles

• Manage and follow up the relationships with the consultants of your perimeter, by defining career path and guiding the relationship with their clients

• Strong business acumen, willing to develop a “Sales mindset”

• Previous experience in a similar field would be a plus

• Fluent in French and English are a must. Any other languages (Spanish, German, Italian) would be a plus
