Context

Reporting directly to the CEO, you will actively participate in the construction of the sales machine as well as commercial development and will be at the heart of the company’s growth. Your added value will play a key role in building the future of Elba.

Your Goal

Contribute to maintaining strong growth by increasing our customer and partner base (SMBs, ETIs). You will be responsible for the 360° sales cycle, from prospecting to closing!

Missions

  • Prospecting: you will identify which companies to approach, identify decision-makers and make appointments
  • Cold calling / hunting
  • 1st demos
  • Closing: you will engage and convert prospects into customers
  • You will help define the commercial strategy and the various distribution channel to activate accordingly
  • You will help structure and build the sales team
  • Keeping track of meetings: you will prepare and conduct sales meetings, put together sales proposals, and follow up on prospects

Preferred experience

  • You have 1 to 3 years experience in sales/business development, ideally in BtoB SaaS
  • Good interpersonal skills and a hunter’s temperament, driven by results, with a strong appetite for a challenge!
  • You have an entrepreneurial spirit, and a hunger to build, with an unfailing motivation
  • You’re ambitious, creative and wish to evolve within a small, fast-growing structure

Recruitment process

  • First call to discuss your fit for the job and the assignments with eFounders’ Talent Acquisition Specialist (20 min)
  • Second call to discuss your fit for the job and the assignments with the CEO (20 min)
  • In-person interview to go further with the business reflection + practical case with the CEO (1h 30 min)
  • Last interview with the two founders (30 min)
  • Reference checks (at least 2 contacts - former (or current) including 1 manager)
