The main responsibilities of the Finance Business Partner will be: 

• Area of Responsibility: Western South Europe (mainly France, Italy, UK, Iberic, Benelux)
• Develop efficient and trustful collaboration as a Business Partner with Go-To-Market Director, Countries Management, EMEA Management team and mother company
• Support and drive market growth and cost efficiency initiatives
• Supports and challenge stakeholders with regular monitoring and reporting of financial and operational KPIs
• Responsible for calculation and communication of regional budget & forecasts
• Prepare ad-hoc reporting & analyses and perform appropriate recommendations to improve performance and bring added value insight to business
• Prepare monthly Business reviews for TOP Management
• Close cooperation with accounting, controlling and business intelligence teams 

• Location: France (Saint-Ouen until 12/31/2021 then Malakoff)  
• Specific working conditions (part-time, travel requirements, working hours, …): 30% travel within Western-South Europe (mainly Italy, UK, Spain-Portugal) 

• Degree in Business, Finance or related field
• 7-10 years of relevant work experience
• Excellent in French and English both in oral and written. Italian or Spanish language would be a plus
• Experience in working with financial information systems
• Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) as well as IFRS and its applications in accounting, budgeting, and finance
• Exceptional analytical, quantitative, and statistical skills
• Understands business operations as well as basic corporate accounting, finance, management principles • Business Development and M&A experience would be a plus
• Effective communication with interdisciplinary teams, executive management and board of directors in a multicultural, multinational environment
