To further our impact, we're looking for a driven Head of Marketing to join our team and help us drive growth and increase brand awareness. As the Head of Marketing, you'll work closely with our CEO and top world agencies to shape our marketing direction and drive our team towards a common goal. Here are some of your activities:

• Developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that align with Edda's business objectives.
• Managing the existing external PR/marketing agency and ongoing projects.
• Planning and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Overseeing the development of marketing collateral and other promotional materials.
• Building and maintaining relationships with key media and industry influencers.
• Collaborating with the sales team and product team to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and sales goals.
• Analyzing and reporting on marketing campaign performance.
• Managing the marketing budget and allocating resources effectively.
• Recruiting and managing your own team.
• Identifying and planning our presence in relevant B2B events.
• Using storytelling to create a compelling narrative about our brand.

You may be a fit for this role if you bring:

• A Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field. MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in brand management, marketing, PR with a focus on B2B SaaS marketing.
• A proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
• Strong educational background with the ability to drive the team towards a common goal.
• Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to effectively adapt communication to diverse audiences in both written and spoken English.
• A positive, collaborative, and cross-functional working style.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Keen interest in design.
