Position details

  • Type: Full time permanent contract
  • Location: Toulouse OR Berlin, frequent business travels
  • Covered area: primarily UK & Scandinavia

Your future responsibilities will be:

  • Prospect and generates sales and business on the territory you are in charge of
  • Develop relationships with new clients, make sales visits and presentations
  • Maintain advanced knowledge of products and services
  • Meet and exceed your sales goals

To do so, you will have to:

  • Develop and expand a portfolio of corporate clients by networking and marketing your territory in line with the sales targets you has been given
  • Implement a plan to meet those goals which includes:
    . Identification of use cases for people mover autonomous vehicles (AV) deployments
    . Assessment of client needs and prepare internal and external recommendations
    . Tracking of RFP and public initiatives in new mobility space
  • Gain familiarity with the AV ecosystem of your territory and stay updated on trends and innovative products
  • Attend trade exhibitions and industry events to prospect new customers and learn about cutting-edge competitive vehicles
  • Prepare sales visits and presentations in close relationship with the presales team to pitch AV technology, platform and services to clients
  • Lead the RFPs and tenders process on your territory in close coordination with Pre-sales and Technical departments
  • Prepare and negotiate commercial proposals and contracts with clients, together with your management and the legal and finance teams
  • Track progress toward goals and documents sales performance in Odoo CRM
  • Closely follow up progress of prospection action and deal closing all the way through the sale cycle
  • Become fluent in all products and services offered by the employer through testing, demonstrations, and research
  • Answer questions, describe benefits, and discuss pros and cons of various competing products or services

Preferred experience

We are looking for:

  • Bachelor in Business Administration or Engineering in a relevant field. Master Degree is a plus
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role
  • In-depth knowledge of marketing techniques and best practices
  • Capacity to manage simultaneously multiple qualified opportunities and work to tight deadlines
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English. French and/or German is a plus

Desirable:

  • Knowledge of Odoo CRM
  • Experience prospecting and dealing with French and European government institutions
