TractEasy is an electric tow tractor which is enabling autonomous material handling in indoor and outdoor logistics processes as well as airports. TractEasy means lean logistics: delivering increased safety and flexibility, while significantly reducing operating costs.

The TractEasy team is in charge to deliver, together with with our partner the solution which answers to market needs and to the company vision.

As part of the Product team, your main role is to increase our product scale-up with a strong focus on our customer experience. TractEasy deployments usually involve dozens of vehicles, and we need to reassure our clients about our capacity to support their growth by delivering an operational fleet in a short delay.

This is a new role at EasyMile and we’ll need your experience to identify our bottleneck and define our scale-up strategy for our future blockbuster product

• Analyze customer feedback in order to improve the customer’s experience and simplify the customer journey
• Create, monitor and track our deployment and training KPIs
• Identify current bottlenecks (process, resources, technical limitations) which are limiting our growth
• Define the scale-up strategy to achieve our ambitious targets with the TractEasy
• Decline the strategy into a pragmatic roadmap with detailed planning
• Coordinate & schedule tasks with other teams involved
• Follow implementation and monitor product acceptance
• Progress tracking and prioritisation for top level decisions

The position is primarily based in our headquarters in Toulouse (31), with frequent visits in our test base in Cugnaux (31).
Business travels will be required to visit our clients, mostly short international trips.

You may be a product manager willing to discover the autonomous vehicles world, or a project manager experienced in logistics vehicles willing to upskill to product management! Anyway you are a do-er with a focus on understanding customers and building complex products.

We are looking for:

• You are an engineer with strong technical skills and passionate by world of product development
• Excellent communication skills, leadership to mobilize and empower cross teams: you are a builder and enabler who brings people together to find win-win solutions
• Business oriented and customer centric: your leitmotiv is clearly to simplify as much as possible the customer journey
• Analytical, meticulous and methodical to structure activities
• Experiences in robotics or related fields
• Very good oral and written English

Desirable:

• Experience in sub-contracting
• Experience with autonomous vehicles
• Working knowledge or experience with safety standards for automotive or industrial automation systems

• 30 minutes call with the recruitment team
• Meeting with the team, technical tests
• One hour interview with the manager and the recruitment team
