  • Travels : 10% of time worldwide

Your future responsibilities

EasyMile is looking to structure its Fields Services department in order to better serve its customers worldwide, improve our products & services, and prepare for a significant increase of the fleet of vehicles using EasyMile technology in the industrial and mobility sectors.

You will be a key member of the department and are expected to driving a strong and resilient maintenance & support service, especially to prepare the scale-up for our goods transportation solution co-developed with industrial partners.

You will directly manage the Support, Maintenance & Post-Production activities in Toulouse, and oversee them in our other offices.

Lead EasyMile’s Support, Maintenance and Post-Production teams

  • Managing the teams: daily management, skills management, recruitment and KPIs

  • Organizing the activities

    • Defining vehicle attribution for new projects, and organizing vehicle preparation for projects delivery

    • Participating in the collection, processing, and reporting of customer tickets (issues, request, suggestions, etc)

    • Managing emergencies on tickets processing

    • Gathering and reporting product issues or limits, and conducting regular tickets review

    • Reporting products operational status and issues, and setting up dashboards in liaison with our data services teams, for continuous or adhoc monitoring

    • Participate in elaborating preventive maintenance plan when it is needed

    • Manage the maintenance and Post Production planning

    • Coordinate activities accordingly to PM needs

  • Improving processes

    • Defining or developing processes and means

    • Keeping the process referential up to date, including ISO9001 referential, process documentations, troubleshooting docs, etc.

    • Monitoring the teams activity, for internal and customers reporting, performance measurement, and continuous improvement of EasyMile’s services

Align Maintenance & Support within EasyMile’s strategy

  • Interacting with the EasyMile ecosystem internally to leverage teams activity expertise:

    • With deployment and projects teams to improve product availability and team efficiency on site

    • With R&D, products team, and other services teams (DevOp, Data…) to provide valuable feedback, update product documentations, participate in the products’ roadmap definition and prioritization, etc.

    • With Sales and Legal teams for preparing responses to RFPs, standardize EasyMile’s services, and build a solid support service

    • With EasyMile’s industrial partners to setup ways of working together to answer current and upcoming needs

  • Participating in improving the integration of the processes within EasyMile’s product development and deployment cycles, for vehicles and software.


Preferred experience

There is no typical profile at EasyMile, we all come from different backgrounds and that is what makes us strong! Don’t hesitate to apply if you are motivated and interested by innovative transportation, mobility and technologies.

With an engineering background (generalist, automation, electronics…) or equivalent, you have developed a very good industrial vision thanks to a significant experience of at least 5 years in the management of production teams.

  • Education / background in an engineering discipline or equivalent education

  • Previous experience in industrial maintenance

  • Previous experience in developing and managing a team

  • Interest for technology and ability to learn quick to embrace EasyMile’s technology

  • Team player, positive attitude, concise and reporting prone

  • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment

  • A commitment to knowledge, thoroughness, and customer satisfaction

  • Proactive and source of proposal, agile mindset, multitasks by nature

  • Good written and verbal communication skills

  • Perfect fluency in written and oral English
