We are looking for a highly motivated intern to learn with and from us, as we communicate about building the road ahead with autonomous solutions to challenges never met before.

Our small motivated Communications team is based in Toulouse and has global responsibilities. You will help us create and manage digital content that includes:

• Learn to manage our social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube and our EZ Experts blog
• Interact with our digital audience in a professional, personable, and timely manner to grow and keep the community alive and increase engagement with our content
• Work with the EasyMile product marketing team and communications department to create high quality, engaging, relevant, and timely content for our online platforms
• Foster and strengthen new relationships with key industry influencers
• Use our social listening tool to monitor positive/negative comments, topic trends and benchmarking in the industry
• Become the owner of our monthly Communications Performance Reporting framework, that includes analysing the overall community sentiment and notable trends in the industry and provide meaningful feedback for the communications team
• Keep up to date to the latest social media trends and emerging social media platforms in the industry

This is a hand-on internship that combines an opportunity to learn about existing tasks and processes with the communications function at EasyMile, with developing new ones.

We are looking for:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French
• Teamwork and good interpersonal skills

Desirable but not essential - we also welcome ideas that can be put into practice on how you would manage our channels with us:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or relevant field
• Experience in community management desirable
• Familiar with social media platforms, metrics and channel management

• 30 minutes call with a recruitment officer
• Meeting with the team, technical tests
• One hour interview with the tutor and a recruitment officer
