Business travels - mostly Europe - 10% of time
_Context_
The role of the Support & Maintenance team is to analyse potential issue (remotely or on-site), proceed to needed repairs on the vehicles, report internally events from the field in order to ensure continuous improvement of our products and answer to whatever question might be raised by our customers.
Your future responsibilities
You will be in charge of levels of analysis with regard to any upcoming issue and customer management, in order to communicate analysis output and any update and/or action plan to ensure efficient resolution of the problem and expected product performances. You will do so with respect of all processes and safety guidelines (EasyMile’s or customer’s during interventions).
Main activities:
Diagnose breakdowns of vehicles, remotely (or on site sometimes):
Use EasyMile proprietary software tools for fault analysis,
Contact suppliers or partners for additional assistance if required,
Troubleshoot and track issues for EasyMile software and hardware equipment and with manufacturer’s support when applicable,
Proceed to remote maintenance interventions on the vehicles if needed/possible,
Proceed to vehicle software update,
Ensure completed diagnosis and performed operations traceability and report in proper tools
Preferred Experience

This position is made for you if you are curious, autonomous, if you like to investigate on different types of systems either hardware or software and, of course, if you are customer oriented.
We are looking for:
Professional level both in French and English
Previous customer support experience (preferably B2B services)
Strong technical skills with regards to electrical and/or electronic and/or mechanical and/or pneumatic systems
Comfortable with software tools (CAN and/or Ethernet debug, ROS…)
Knowledge for IT hardware parameter upgrade
Valid driving license (type B)
Desirable:
Appetite for automotive products
Prior understanding of computer programming languages
Log analysis (xml, json…)
Interest in equipment and technology for localisation and detection_Lidar, GNSS
30 minutes call with Manon, the HR partner
1-hour of technical interview with David, the support & maintenance manager & meeting with the current team
