When Sandy first joined Dynatrace, she began as a recruiter for all corporate roles in Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA). She saw the growth potential at Dynatrace and was excited to make an impact there. The Dynatracers she met during her interview process said a lot about the optimistic, diverse culture and the fast-paced atmosphere which was exciting to her.

Fast forward to present day, Sandy has developed into defining the Dynatrace EMEA recruitment process, simplifying the interview stages, and as of late, earning the title: Manager of Sales/G&A and Marketing Recruitment EMEA. Sandy looks forward to her future at Dynatrace as she continues to support her own recruiting team, grow her skillsets and recruit for new countries. And hopefully one day, becoming a Director at Dynatrace!

As a recent Dyantrace hire, Chris’s journey here is only just getting started. He joined Dynatrace as a Director of Sales Development to learn and challenge himself in a new SaaS Industry. In his role, Chris will take this great opportunity to further enhance and influence Dynatrace’s already impressive capacity to fuel the sales pipeline with marquee new logo opportunities across Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA). Chris says the sense of the collaboration and the winning culture at Dynatrace continues to exceed his expectations across the numerous stakeholders and departments that he engages with.

Chris’s path at Dynatrace is about discovering, understanding, and then driving positive influence across the Sales Development department. As well as continuing to build the business-critical output of sales opportunities to fuel their talented and hungry Account Executive team. While doing so, Chris ensures there is the opportunity to have fun and challenge himself to continually learn. Which both, he’s confident of!

Aman Ghattora is a strong believer that you have to believe in a product to be able sell it with success. After researching the Dynatrace platform, customer stories and speaking to various employees during her interview process, Aman knew she’d be able to sell the Dynatrace platform with ease. She quickly accepted her offer from the company.

It’s now been over 2 years since Aman joined the company and it’s safe to say she is receiving the success she hoped for and is enjoying the ride at the same time. She started as a Sales Development Representative where she learned the “Sales ropes” and started to generate Dynatrace interest within Enterprise businesses across the UK. After that, she was able to take full ownership of some clients—a big step for a SDR. Since finding achievement in that role, she was promoted to a fully-fledged Account Executive.

As for what’s next for Aman, she is focusing on bringing in new clients and sharing the value that Dynatrace can provide to them. In the long run, Aman knows that her career progression will be supported at Dynatrace. She sees herself in a Sales role for a few years yet before hanging up her Account Executive hat and hopefully taking on a different challenge – a seat on the Dynatrace leadership team!
