Job Description

The Sourcing Team is a newly established pillar within our R&D Talent Organization and a critical success factor to shape the future of Dynatrace. We are looking for motivated Talent Sourcers to join our growing global Team!

As a Technical Sourcer on our global Talent Acquisiton Team, you will be part of defining and executing the talent sourcing strategy for a variety of engineering and technical leadership roles.

Your responsibilities: 

  • Design and implement sourcing strategies to generate a pipeline of candidates and activate them to enter the interview process
  • Identify prospects through strong research by using sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Stack Overflow, Github etc., and by targeting communities, meet-ups and conferences
  • Partner with engineering leaders and recruiters in defining and maintaining hiring needs while understanding technical requirements of the roles, the engineering challenges, and calibrate profiles across multiple teams and locations
  • Track pipeline activity to share with stakeholders and recommend improvements that will impact our candidate pipeline
  • Have a good understanding of the talent market and keep and eye on the pulse of talent flow, market attrition, and which companies employ the talent we’re after

Preferred experience

Qualifications

  • 4+ years technical sourcing experience in a search firm / agency or in-house recruiting team
  • Experience in partnering and building sourcing strategies with Recruiters and Hiring Partners
  • Ability to work independently and simultaneously on multiple positions
  • Ability to prioritize, plan, and execute projects and individual tasks in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to take initiative and build strong, productive relationships
