The Director of Business System Analysis is a critical member of the Business Systems senior leadership team who is accountable for defining the vision for the business systems analysis function and executing on it. This person will be motivated by helping solve business problems and is never done.
The Director, BSA will manage the transformation of the Business Systems Analyst function by attracting and developing a team that will maintain the highest level of internal customer engagement to make systems/processes more efficient, reduce manual work, and enable data driven decisions. We are looking for someone that is a self-starter with the right mix of strategic and operational experience that can roll up their sleeves and hit the ground running. Ideally, this candidate will have prior experience in a global technology company providing business analyst leadership in teams supporting leading edge enterprise software.
Define and build Business Systems Analysis function within Dynatrace’s Business Systems team
Establish team’s operating and engagement model, including processes and procedures
Coach, mentor, hire a team of Business Systems analysts
Lead by driving company culture that is dedicated to our Customer First focus
Establish Team goals and define Metrics for Continuous Improvement
Develop partnerships with key business stakeholders, providing thought leadership and facilitating strategic thinking
Lead the effort underway to mature Agile scrum within Business System Delivery teams
Drive visibility and communication across teams and stakeholders
Stay current on trends in Business Systems Analysis, Agile, DevSecOps and bring perspectives into team
Be innovative, think Automation first and lean processes at every opportunity
Develop capacity management to support current and future demand
Extensive experience transforming Business Systems Analysis function within Corporate IT environment
Expert knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology; proven experience with helping team to adopt the agile way of working
Proven ability and experience attracting, mentoring and developing high performing team members
Proven experience delivering Customer value using Automation in a high growth company
Experience working with Business Systems applications including, Salesforce Sales & Revenue Cloud, NetSuite, SAP SuccessFactors, Boomi, Snowflake, JIRA
Working knowledge of IT controls, including SOX, GDPR< HIPPA
Experience leading initiatives focused on agility, quality and customer satisfaction.

We offer attractive compensation packages and stock purchase options with numerous benefits and advantages. Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is €120,000 gross per year based on full-time employment. We offer a higher salary in line with qualifications and experience.
