Job Description

Is the automatic, on cloud deployment your specialty?Help us deliver Dynatrace clusters on Kubernetes across multiple clouds.We develop cloud-and-Kubernetes-native GitOps tooling for deploying heavyweight Dynatrace clusters on AKS, GKE and EKS.Our work is a crucial part of the Dynatrace release cycle, so we take everyday care of it and enable other teams across the whole company to use it effectively.

Your role

• Develop
  • Terraform logic for creating and modifying Kubernetes clusters in Azure/GKE/AWS
  • Go/bash/Python logic for managing the deployment and lifecycle of heavyweight clusters running on top of Kubernetes
• Research new Kubernetes technologies and design their usage in our tooling
• Take day-to-day care of the state of our tooling on production.
• Be an evangelist for the Kubernetes mindset among other development teams

Qualifications

• Proficient software engineer in one of the following: Go, bash, Python
• Hands-on experience and knowledge of Kubernetes architecture and operations
• Linux administration and shell scripting skills
• Background in one of the clouds: Azure, GCP, AWS
• Experience with maintenance, such as Kubernetes patches and production application upgrades
• Great teamwork skills and good English communication skills
