Job Description

• Be a valued and integral part of our global team, engaging with various levels of leadership. 
• Support our post-sales departments with enhanced performance and trend analysis.  
• Financial planning and analysis of actuals, forecasts, and budgets. 
• Perform regular analysis of budget/forecast against actual financial performance,

  surfacing the “why” behind variances.

• Ad hoc analysis and reporting tasks.   
• Specify and improve our standard reports in Power BI.  

Qualifications

• Master’s degree, business (informatics) or related field.   
• 3+ years working as a Business Analyst or Financial Controller.  
• Experience creating presentations and regular reports for senior management.  
• High level of proficiency in English (C2), German skills are an advantage.   
• Knowledge in Power BI, Sigma and/or SQL. 
• Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills.  
• High degree of analytical thinking and problem-solving.   
• Detail-oriented and capable of delivering a high level of accuracy.   
• Entrepreneurial mindset, self-starter with an independent work style.  
• Experience working in a software company and international environment is a plus.

Compensation and rewards 

• We offer attractive compensation packages and stock purchase options with numerous benefits and advantages. 
• Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is € 45,000 gross per year based on full-time employment. We offer a higher salary in line with qualifications and experience.
