Job description

If you share our ambition and feel ready to deliver our strong commitments, join the Product Team - you will be directly reporting to Sofiane, the Chief Product and Technical Officer.

You will be in charge of the design aspect of our digital products.

  • Our B2B back-office used internally and by our clients for all management around the charging station parks. Significant challenges in redesign, support, and data are forthcoming.

  • Our B2C application for electric vehicle users wishing to perform recharges. The challenges will focus on user acquisition and engagement.

You will have the opportunity to independently lead the creative process, making informed decisions to shape the user experience. You will become Driveco’s design reference.

You will work daily with two PMs, a development team, and all associated stakeholders (marketing, business, customer care…) under the responsibility of the CTPO.

What we expect from our future team member:

UX/UI Design

  • Design intuitive and aesthetic interfaces for mobile applications and backoffice platforms.

  • Ensure a consistent and smooth user experience by working closely with development and product teams.

  • Propose tools and processes.

  • Use, maintain, and contribute to the existing design system to ensure visual consistency across all products.

Discovery

  • Actively contribute to implementing processes, in addition to our existing ones, by sharing your skills and inspiring the team to push creative boundaries.

  • Discover our users’ needs through interviews, focus groups, workshops… Set them up and animate them.

  • Analyze and report feedback ideally by coupling it with data to extract insights for the next iterations.

Technology and Design Trends Watch:

  • Stay informed of the latest trends in interface design and user experience and know how to share this with the rest of the product team.

  • Incorporate industry best practices into the design process.
