The position

Job description

You have the opportunity to join an exciting, young and dynamic start-up which is in the midst of international development. Reporting to the DriiveMe’ founders, the position offers an opportunity for fast career progression

Main responsibilities :

  • Establish and implement strategies for developing the Germany Pro market
  • Developing sales goals with Country Manager and ensuring they are met
  • Identifying new Pro business opportunities
  • Prospecting and pitching to new clients and partners in the Germany
  • Developing proposals and negotiating contract terms including pricing
  • Onboarding new clients and setting them up on DriiveMe platform
  • Building and maintaining successful relationships with prospects and existing clients
  • Managing client accounts with complete responsibility for ensuring client satisfaction
  • Contributing to marketing activities to build client, pro driver and user communities
  • Linking up with colleagues based in Paris HQ and on the continent

Preferred experience

  • University degree or work experience in related field
  • Proven successful record in B2B sales
  • Automotive industry experience (dealers, car rental, fleet etc) a bonus
  • Fluency in Germany and familiar with Germany working culture
  • Some proficiency in French, English or Spanich would be a bonus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in software use including Excel, PowerPoint, Google tools etc
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and passion for new business models, startups, etc
  • High degree of motivation and ability to work autonomously
  • Ability to work with remote teams at a global level
