Arthur est un entrepreneur passionné qui n'est jamais à court d'idées ! Il crée son entreprise dès la sortie d'HEC avec Guillaume, un ami de promotion. Depuis 2010, il développe son activité dans l'univers de l'optimisation de campagnes digitales et la generation de leads.

En parallèle, Arthur est professeur affilié à HEC où il cherche à transmettre sa passion de l'innovation et du digital aux étudiants de 2ième et de 3ième année cherchant à créer leur entreprise.

Grand fan de sport en général, et de sports de montagne en particulier, il monte plusieurs expeditions d'alpinisme d'exploration (Kirghizstan, Pérou) et pratique le KiteSurf dès qu'il le peut.

Son mot d'ordre : "Soyez fainéants, ça rend intelligent !"

Guillaume est un entrepreneur passionné et ambitieux, doté d'une expertise pointue en marketing digital. Il a cofondé Dolead avec Arthur avec la vision de révolutionner le monde du lead gen en devenant un partenaire de confiance de la croissance des marques. Grâce à sa vision et à son leadership, Dolead continue de se développer rapidement, en s'appuyant sur une équipe talentueuse et motivée. Guillaume est également actif dans la communauté entrepreneuriale, participant régulièrement à des conférences et événements pour partager son expertise. Passionné de cuisine et de vins, il est également un très bon compagnon de déjeuner ou de dîner et saura vous faire découvrir le dernier restaurant qui a la hype.

Maria is a Mexican-born Senior Customer Success Manager based in Paris, where she has been supporting Dolead’s clients since 2021. Passionate about building strong partnerships, Maria thrives on helping her clients grow sustainably — always eager to dive into data and explore new opportunities together. Results-oriented and multilingual, she brings both analytical precision and a warm, collaborative spirit to every conversation. Outside of work, Maria enjoys playing tennis and catching live concerts around the city.

Ramón arrived in Paris 2 years ago after a few experiences in the US, UK and Spain. At Dolead, he is in charge of the departments of Sales and Customer Success for the European markets. He manages a multinational team of experts with different backgrounds and skills, and is in close contact with clients coming from 8 countries and a myriad of categories !

Based in Boston with roots in French tech, Hadrien is the General Manager US and former CPO at Dolead, steering growth and innovation in digital marketing. A strategic thinker and dynamic leader, he has a rich history of enhancing technological offerings and driving impactful results. Beyond the boardroom, Hadrien is an avid sailor with Les Glénans and a passionate trail runner, embodying the resilience and determination he brings to his professional life. At Dolead, Hadrien continues to champion cutting-edge digital marketing solutions.

Lynn, Canadian with Lebanese origins, she has been enjoying the parisian life for two years now! She is a performance marketing leader specialized in revenue & lead generation with almost a decade of experience delivering initiatives across a range of industries spanning Retail / Ecommerce, Financial Services, Energy and Telco. After working in big companies and environments, she decided to add some spices to her life and join an ad tech scale-up in Paris, Dolead !

After receiving a degree in Marketing and International Business from Indiana University in the United States, Emily began her career in the US by gaining experience in a variety of industries and marketing disciplines. With over 10 years of marketing experience and a passion for consumer-focused digital advertising, Emily is now the Head of Performance & Operations (North America) after originally joining Dolead's Paris office as the Head of Marketing Operations in 2020. She remains passionate about consumer-oriented marketing and excited about Dolead's future !

Kara is a Colorado native who loves the outdoors and spending time with her family. She brings over 18 years of digital marketing expertise to the Performance Marketing Team at Dolead. Kara is results driven and passionate about helping Dolead and our clients succeed. She loves collaborating with the diverse team at Dolead, where she can see the direct impact of her work daily.

Passionate about computer science, Fatima holds Engineer as well as PhD degrees, accumulating over a decade of experience in both industry and academia. As a dedicated advocate for leveraging technology to benefit underserved communities, she has been honored with several awards, including the Techwomen Emerging Leader (Silicon Valley 2017), Science By Women (Spain 2019), Microsoft MVP, and more. After a rich experience of scientific project management and mentoring, Fatima decided to move to Paris and made her professional pivot to join the industrial sector again. Currently, she serves as a Technical Project Manager, leading the Data and Science team to bring Dolead's product vision to life. When unplugged, Fatima enjoys cooking delicious cakes and using her creativity for new recipes. This is why Paris is a perfect place to combine her passion for gastronomy with her professional career.

Julie joined Dolead in 2023 after working as a consultant and Product Owner across various industries. Based in Paris, she collaborates closely with teams across continents to design impactful features that boost lead quality and conversion rates.

Data-driven and pragmatic, Julie thrives on optimizing the full user journey—making each step fast, relevant, and frictionless. She values the strong sense of ownership and trust at Dolead, and when she's not improving product performance, you’ll likely find her running with colleagues on lunch breaks or planning her next travel adventure!

Thibault Allart est Head of Data & Science chez Dolead. Titulaire d’un doctorat en apprentissage statistique, il a travaillé dans les équipes data et de recherche d’Ubisoft et Veepee avant de rejoindre Dolead en 2020. Sa carrière a été guidée par l’innovation et l’utilisation de la donnée au service des utilisateurs. Son équipe et lui-même œuvrent pour optimiser l’acquisition cross network de leads de qualité. François joined Dolead early on as a developer and stuck around during the past decade to see Dolead become a major player in the French Lead market.

Over the years, he grew into a leadership role and now oversees his own team.

Passionate about solving complex problems and building reliable systems, he’s been deeply involved in shaping Dolead’s campaign platform across multiple advertising networks.

François values collaboration, data-driven decision-making, and the strong bonds he’s built with his long-time teammates — a big part of what keeps him motivated every day.

With over 10 years' international experience in communication and creation, Marion is driven by the synergy of creativity, strategic thinking, methodical execution, and performance optimization. She believes in the power of collective intelligence and the strength of team spirit. For her, successful work means combining organization, enjoyment, and high standards — much like in climbing, where precision, passion, and perseverance are key to reaching the top.

Alfonso is originally from Valencia, Spain, and has been with Dolead for over three years.

He leads the TechOps team, making sure everything from client integrations to landing page performance runs smoothly behind the scenes.

Curious and calm under pressure, Alfonso enjoys turning complex problems into simple solutions — especially when data and AI are involved.

Outside of work, he’s always up for a deep conversation, a good laugh, or discovering new places to eat.

What motivates him most? Working with smart, diverse teammates and knowing his work helps everything (and everyone) move forward.

Nicolas joined Dolead in 2021 and now leads the Revenue Operations team in Europe. He supports the Sales, Traffic, and Performance Marketing teams by ensuring their tools, processes, and data are organised for clarity and efficiency. His team is known as the go-to partner across operations for anything tool-related. Based in Paris, Nicolas brings a thoughtful, solution-oriented approach to every challenge and always makes time for PSG on game day.

Loïk a rejoint Dolead en alternance en tant que Happiness & Office Manager puis à été promu HR Operations Specialist en 2023 - il a grandi proche de Paris où il a fait ses études. Fort d’un caractère bien trempé et de son énergie si précieuse au bureau, Loïk, en plus d’être aux petits soins pour ses collègues, est chargé de l'engagement des collaborateurs, des onboardings mais aussi de toute l'administration du personnel. Il saura vous accompagner aussi bien pour un petit verre que pour la gestion d’un dossier délicat. Hajar joined Dolead in September 2024 as part of her studies in Human Resources.

Mehdi started his career at EY, where he spent 7 years between Audit and Transaction Services. Holding an MSc in Engineering, he’s passionate about R&D and the tech ecosystem. Since then, he has held CFO roles in VC- and PE-backed companies, helping scale ambitious businesses in both structured and entrepreneurial contexts. At Dolead, he serves as Chief Financial & People Officer — a transversal role at the crossroads of Finance, Legal, and HR, working closely with teams across Europe and North America.

Outside of work, he has a long-standing passion for classical music, especially from the Baroque period. And when he’s not at the harpsichord, you’ll probably find him sailing with friends — preferably in warm waters
