Job description

We are a global leader in Lead generation and we power the growth of 200 clients across 15 countries in Europe & North America. We are lucky to have a team of 90+ experts with 13 different nationalities, working remotely and in our offices in France and the US.

We work alongside our client marketing and sales team to power their growth. Dolead runs paid marketing campaigns faster, integrates customer data with confidence and generates sales-ready leads at a fixed cost per lead.

As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will oversee, manage and drive all paid media campaign performance for your portfolio of clients. This includes the following :

1/ Being accountable and drive all internal stakeholders in order to boost the performance of your squad :

  • Customer acquisition/retention in partnership with the Customer Success Manager,
  • Growth and net revenue generation with Traffic (Paid Search and Paid Social Campaign Managers), and Marketing efficiency with the Operations team (Ops),
  • Maintain regular communication & strong collaboration with all those stakeholders to achieve the action plan defined together.

2/ Performance improvement : Monitor key marketing performance metrics (GR, NR, CVR etc.) and take individual/squad actions in a responsive manner to overcome any drop in performance. Proactively benchmark competition and clients advertisements and test new features, channels and other initiatives to drive volume/quality and enhance user satisfaction.

3/ Drive growth : Define a growth plan to scale top existing clients, leveraging new channels, new marketing angles and new tactics. You will set business objectives and performance forecast for your portfolio. Act as a real CSM partner by being on top of our clients business goals/key metrics and by co-designing the client growth strategy. Actively support client discussions on marketing strategies.

4/ Expertise development : Challenge the work of Traffic/Ops teams to ensure the best performance & quality. Prioritise and lead Test & Learn initiatives in order to optimize campaigns. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging marketing technologies.


  • 5+ years of experience in Digital Marketing in a performance and data driven environment
  • Strong knowledge of paid channels (Google ads, Meta ads, Taboola, Outbrain, …)
  • Ability to analyse data and use it to build recommendations
  • Effective communication, organisational, and time-management skills
  • Business-driven, problem-solver & growth mindset
  • Looking for a fast-paced & international environment
  • Fluent in both French & English
  • Higher Educaction in a relevant field (e.g., Marketing, Business Management)
