We work alongside our client's marketing and sales teams to power their growth. Dolead runs paid marketing campaigns faster, integrates customer data with confidence and generates sales-ready leads at a fixed cost per lead.

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Data Scientist to build a scoring system. You will be working with our team based in Paris.

This position is only available for Freelance - 100% remote

Your Mission

Build a scoring pipeline including:

- Data Acquisition and Cleaning

Understand the data that can be used for this model and the ones that need to be cleaned or excluded because they are not available at prediction time.Preprocess the data and write SQL queries to join different tables from our BigQuery database.Identify and handle missing, inconsistent, or outlier data.

- Feature Engineering

Design and implement new features based on the available data.Evaluate the usefulness of generated features in enhancing the model's predictive performance.Conduct exploratory data analysis to understand underlying patterns, correlations, and trends.

- Model Development and Training

Build a pipeline that allows automatic training of a model, including hyperparameter tuning.Iterate on model optimization and feature engineering to achieve the best performance.Validate model performance using appropriate evaluation metrics.

- Documentation and Communication

Document all processes, methodologies, and results.Communicate insights and findings to stakeholders, illustrating the business implications of the model.Participate in brainstorming sessions regarding new features.Propose recommendations and strategies based on model performance.

Profile

Proven experience as a Data Scientist or in a similar role.Proficiency in SQL Experience with BigQuery, BigQuery ML and DBT is a plus.Expertise in Python and machine learning related libraries.Strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms and experience with binary classification models.Experience with data cleaning, preprocessing, and feature engineering.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and documentation skills.You are fluent in English or French

Duration: 4 weeks (3 to 5 days a week).
