The position

Job description

What you’ll do

  • You will be responsible for active talent sourcing for Doctolib job openings in the Core Services departments (legal, strategy, partnerships, finance, public affairs, marketing, people & workplace).
  • You will do active outreach, pitching and video/phone pre
    -screens with candidates.
  • You will build and nurture relationships with target talent pools via networking, social media and professional groups.
  • You will produce talent intelligence reports, provide market insights and strategic action plans.
  • You will secure smooth stakeholder management by working closely with both recruiters, hiring managers and relevant business teams.
  • You will support recruiters with everyday tasks (application reviews, candidate management etc).
  • You will engage and coach your colleagues on the topic of talent sourcing.

  • Have gained first experiences as a talent sourcer, sourcing recruiter or talent intelligence specialist.
  • Are data
    -driven and detail
    -oriented, with the ability to quickly learn and navigate through multiple expertise areas.
  • Have excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate both verbally and in writing a compelling vision.
  • Have a user first attitude, with the ability to listen to and understand the needs & perspectives of stakeholders.
  • Have fluent German and English language skills (C1 level).
