The position

Job description

What you'll do

As a Growth Manager at Doctolib, you will be responsible for driving the acquisition and upsell of new practitioners over the French market. You will work closely with the sales, marketing & product teams to develop and execute strategies that drive growth and increase revenue.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Build a scalable Lead Gen engine
  • Optimize inbound marketing & conversion rates
  • Oversee all paid acquisition efforts & manage budgets 
  • Collaborate with Content teams for inbound traffic optimization 
  • Work with sales & product teams to capture & convert inbound demand : for both acquisition & upsell 
  • Report on acquisition & revenue metrics
  • Develop efficiency metrics and continuously drive down CAC
  • Influence internal operations for improved growth efficiency

  • Master from top business and/or engineering school 
  • 8
    -10+ years of marketing experience, with a focus on demand generation, growth marketing
  • Strong analytical skills and data
    -driven mindset
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • 5+ years of experience in building, managing, and leading teams
  • SQL/ Excel/GSheet proficiency. Experience with Tableau and/or Metabase is a plus.  
  • Proven track record of achieving high growth in small or large companies
  • Strong SEO skills
  • At ease in a fast
    -paced and chaotic environment 
  • Positive mindset and solution driven 
  • Fluency in French and English
