What you'll do

As a Growth Manager at Doctolib, you will be responsible for driving the acquisition and upsell of new practitioners over the French market. You will work closely with the sales, marketing & product teams to develop and execute strategies that drive growth and increase revenue.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Develop and execute acquisition and upsell strategies to drive growth and increase revenue
  • Lead campaign execution in collaboration with sales, product and marketing teams to drive acquisition and upsell 
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics, including lead generation, conversion, revenue and customer acquisition costs
  • Continuously optimize campaigns and strategies to improve performance and drive growth
  • Identify new innovative levers to supercharge performance and report on ROI

You could be our next teammate if you : 

  • have a minimum of 8 years of experience in growth marketing, analytics, operations or product
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decision
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead project across different teams
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • SQL/ Excel/GSheet proficiency. Experience with Tableau and/or Metabase is a plus.  
  • Strong ability to drill down into details and focus on the big picture
  • Proven track record of achieving high growth in small or large companies
  • At ease in a fast
    -paced and chaotic environment 
  • Positive mindset and solution driven 
  • Fluency in French and English
