What you’ll do

We are seeking an action
-oriented, collaborative and organized professional to reinforce the current team, composed by 3 people and a manager. 

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Be a reliable, trustful, proactive and insightful business partner to G&A management
  • Pro
    -actively lead the Financial Planning and closing Process, in partnership with operational managers & leaders
  • Measure performance against benchmark, analyses and propose rooms for efficiency gain
  • Track and analyze a set of operational KPIs on a periodic basis
  • Act as an advocate and role model for understanding cost drivers and cost control
  • Provide meaningful budgets, forecasts, integrated with core business processes
  • Monitor forecast accuracy. Analyze root causes of unexpected variances and lead continuous improvement effort of forecasting capability
  • Prepare top quality presentations for both finance and non
    -finance people
  • Ad
    -hoc analysis as per management request

You could be our next team mate if you: 

  • Have a Master Degree in Finance (or equivalent) and at least 2
    -3 years of prior relevant experience.
  • Have strong analytical skills with a business
    -oriented profile along with good oral and written communication skills
  • Are autonomous, organized and methodical in finding solutions to problems
  • Are a team player, demonstrate agility, engagement, big brain with integrity
  • Have excellent command of Gsheet (or Excel) and Gslide (or PowerPoint) along with a good culture of modelling
  • You are fluent in English and French, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
