What you’ll do

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Contribute to the Financial Planning Process, in close collaboration with the network of FP&A business partners: Annual Plan, 5 Year plan and  quarterly reforecasts (P&L and cash
    -flow)
  • Elaborate the Reporting for monthly closing and analyze monthly cash flow, closely with other Finance teams
  • Support near
    -term and long
    -term P&L and cash flow forecasts for the Group
  • Develop insightful presentations that summarize this data and facilitate decision
    -making for Top management and stakeholders ( (Executive Committee, Board of Directors….)
  • Identify gaps and recommend gap closing options
  • Facilitate the roll
    -out of corporate guidelines, KPI definitions and planning assumptions
  • Act as the key user of our reporting tool and work closely with IT Finance team for continuous improvements on master data
  • Prepare simulations and modeling based on multi
    -scenarii external factors, business drivers and operating KPIs
  • Identify & implement continued process improvements to drive simplification and automation in the FP&A processes
  • Work closely together with Group Finance to identify opportunities to simplify reporting structures and reduce workload
  • Ad
    -hoc analysis as per management request

You could be our next team mate if you: 

  • Have a Master Degree in Finance, from business school or university
  • Speak French and English fluently
  • Have 2 to 3 years of experience, with a track record in audit and/or in FP&A at Group level,
  • Have a strong interest in financial reporting and systems: creation of complex reports, reconciliations, systems
    - related projects, new reporting models and automation,
  • Have strong analytical skills  with a business
    -oriented profile, problem solving skills, accuracy and attention to detail required,
  • Have a robust financial analysis skills, with an aptitude for financial modelling with good oral and written communication skills,
  • Have good knowledge in accounting (French GAAP and IFRS Standards) and finance principles.

  • Have excellent command of Excel and PowerPoint (GSuite is a plus), along with a good culture of modelling
  • Are a team player, demonstrate agility, hard worker, big brain with integrity
