Company: DNA Script | Industry: Biotechnology | Location: Remote (USA)

We are seeking a Sales Operations Associate to join our growing commercial team. This is an opportunity to join a cutting-edge biotech startup and play a crucial role in expanding our customer base across North America.

💼 Your Role

As a Sales Operations Associate, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective customers — understanding their needs, introducing them to SYNTAX, and setting the stage for successful partnerships. You’ll work hand-in-hand with field sales to drive growth and revenue.

🎯 What You’ll Do

Sales Enablement & Support

  • Coordinate and organize commercial training sessions and onboarding content for the sales team.
  • Create and manage customer accounts in our systems, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Maintain accurate customer, lead, and opportunity data in HubSpot, supporting sales activity and target tracking.
  • Assist in outbound campaign coordination and lead qualification for designated territories.

Sales Operations

  • Provide end-to-end administrative support for the sales process: quote generation, order tracking, and pipeline management.
  • Ensure high-quality CRM data hygiene to support reliable forecasting and reporting.
  • Work cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, and Fulfillment to process contracts, onboard clients, and align on revenue recognition timelines.
  • Use NetSuite and other internal systems to support order booking, invoicing, and reporting processes.
  • Prepare and maintain dashboards, performance reports, and KPIs for sales leadership.

Tools & System Management

  • Manage and optimize our SharePoint repository of training materials and commercial documentation.
  • Help evaluate and implement new tools to enhance sales team productivity.
  • Act as a key point of contact for HubSpot and NetSuite-related sales process improvements.

🧬Who You Are

  • A graduate of a 4-year biology undergraduate program from an accredited institution
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving.
  • Experienced with HubSpot, NetSuite, and collaborative tools like SharePoint and Google Workspace.
  • Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
  • Strong communicator who thrives in cross-functional team settings.
  • Prior experience in Sales Operations, Sales Administration, or Sales Enablement is strongly preferred.

💡 Bonus Points For

  • 3+ years of experience in life science sales or inside sales roles
  • Familiarity with HubSpot CRM, NetSuite ERP, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Passion for biotech innovation and a startup mentality

🌟 What We Offer

  • Fully remote role with flexible work environment
  • Competitive compensation with performance incentives
  • Top-tier benefits:
  • Health, Dental & Vision (95% employer-covered)
  • 401(k) with 4% match
  • Generous parental leave
  • Mental health support (Sesh), EAP, life/disability insurance
  • HSA, FSA & commuter benefits
  • Salary range between $75,000 - $95,000 + up to 20% bonus
