DNA Script is a leading company in manufacturing de novo synthetic nucleic acids using enzymatic DNA synthesis (EDS) technology. The company aims at accelerating innovation in life science and technology through the decentralization of rapid, on demand and high-quality DNA synthesis. Responsabilités

• Accompagner nos équipes de R&D sur leur process achats
  • Création des nouveaux codes articles, fournisseurs et clients à importer dans notre ERP, Netsuite
  • Création et revue de Purchase Orders
  • Répondre aux questions et aider les équipes dans l’utilisation de l’ERP
  • Suivi des commandes et point de contact privilégié pour les fournisseurs
  • Maintien de fichier d’imports pour l’ERP sous format CSV
• Finalisation du cycle A/P / Compta Fournisseur
  • Gestion en première ligne de l’adresse mail générique.
  • Renommage des factures reçues puis, dans un second temps, entrée des factures dans le système
  • Suivi des validations de facture en interne et résolution des litiges avec les fournisseurs (demande d’avoir par exemple)
  • Assurer le bon archivage de tous les documents reçus sur le site de Paris et à conserver

Qualifications et expérience

• Bac+2 / BTS en comptabilité est un pré-requis
• Aisance en anglais pour la lecture et l’écrit, aisance à l’oral appréciée
• Connaissance des logiciels informatiques de bureautique (Word, Excel, Power Point)
• Expérience/stage en start up appréciée
• Grande rigueur, souci du détail et du respect des délais
• Excellente qualité d’organisation et d’adaptation
• Capacité à être polyvalent
• Excellente communication écrite et verbale
