Pre-Sales & Project manager is an essential position at DiGEiZ where customer satisfaction is the key to our success. You will join the Operations Team and you will report directly to the COO. You have all responsibilities on the deployment of your projects located in France and in Europe. Ambition, rigor, eagerness to learn, leadership & dynamism will allow you to grow very fast at DiGEiZ.

We aim to become the world leading company in mall Analytics. DiGEiZ brings Analytics to shopping centres, to let them make the most out of their visitor flows. DiGEiZ’s comprehensive solution is an overlay for CCTV powered by real-time Deep Learning algorithms and Business Intelligence dashboards.

YOUR MISSION
We will deploy our AI over hundreds of CCTV cameras in a dozen malls over 2021 across Europe. Our customers expect Enterprise class services, fast and efficient. Your mission is first to do the pre-sales studies needed for closing and second make every one of these deployments a success.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate service providers, Dev team, and customers’ technical team to prepare the installation
• Manage deployment of DiGEiZ solution at customers’ sites
• Enhance and develop new strategies, processes & tools to improve DiGEiZ Operations
• Monitor DiGEiZ Operations through the implementation and analysis of KPI
• Develop a portfolio of suppliers for hardware and services, manage continuous hardware supply
