The position

Job description

As we are growing at a fast pace, we are looking for a Customer Success Manager (German market) for our Parisian office as soon as possible.

Missions

  • Manage customer onboardings and develop and grow a customer portfolio
  • Develop solid relationships with users and decision-makers on a daily basis
  • Prevent and minimize churn
  • Contribute to our product development process by communicating customer feedback to our Product and Technical teams
  • Create and write content (guides, articles…)
  • Obtain customers’ opinions and reviews in a smart way
  • Contribute to our growth through upselling
  • Maintain a high level of NPS

Preferred experience

Your profile

  • Bac+5
  • You have at least one experience as a CSM in a Saas environment
  • You speak English
  • You speak German at a bilingual level
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Having an understanding of Adtech or a legal background is a plus
  • You are ambitious and have a passion for startups or dynamic environments
