This is why we are offering you this opportunity to join our Marketing team as a Customer Marketing Manager.

This role is important as you’ll be responsible for supporting our Customer Success, Client Support, Field and Content Marketing teams to drive and improve customer satisfaction, engagement leading to improved cross and upsell opportunities across our consent & preference management solutions.

As a Customer Marketing Manager, your responsibilities will be as follows:

  • Supporting the cross and upsell strategy for the Marketing, Sales & Customer Success teams, using a variety of channels (email, social, events, newsletters…) to drive engagement and sales.
  • Coordinate with various departments and develop go-to-customer strategies that drive usage, satisfaction, and growth.
  • Driving customer endorsement on software review sites (G2, Capterra, Sourceforge…) to support demand generation.
  • Build strong customer relationships through engaging marketing campaigns with a mission to build & sustain a community of advocates.
  • Designing and implementing a Customer Advocacy programme to support Account Management and increase customer loyalty.
  • Understanding customer preferences in relation to the channels of communication that they prefer, thus enabling the business to effectively meet and deliver to these.
  • Identifying and creating new customer case studies across all sectors, in various formats (blog posts, videos, webinars…) and effectively promote them.
  • Providing campaign performance reports which will support the achievement of the cross and upsell target.
  • Managing customer communication requests from the wider business, with a view to streamline and organise.
  • Planning and delivering customer events / webinars as appropriate to drive engagement, satisfaction, and revenue.

Preferred experience

We’re looking for someone with the following skills and experience:

  • Experience working as a B2B marketer, preferably in a SaaS company
  • Prior experience of helping to create and delivering customer marketing strategies and sales & marketing campaigns that increase cross and upsell opportunities.
  • Good planning & organising skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creativity and willingness to experiment.
